Caliber was wonderful to work with and exceeded all expectations. Naomi was very communicative throughout the process and went above and beyond to ensure the utmost satisfaction on my end. Would recommend every time coming here for your repair needs.

We brought our Mercedes in for a cracked windshield and requested a factory (OEM) replacement. Before the repair, the damage was obvious and concerning. Afterward, the windshield installation was flawless—the fit and finish were excellent, and the car looked factory‑new again. The workmanship was thorough, professional, and truly textbook, and the team couldn’t have been more understanding throughout the process.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle TOYOTA RAV4 XLE 2018, the staff was very welcoming, professional, and clearly explained the entire repair process. They kept me updated regularly, so I always knew the status of my car, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The repair work was completed in about 10 days, which was faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was outstanding. My car looked as good as new when I got it back, and everything was fixed perfectly without any issues. I also really appreciated how clean and well-prepared my vehicle was at pickup it showed their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I didn’t have to return for any additional repairs. Their team handled everything efficiently and professionally, making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto body repair services.

I came to caliber collision to get my vehicle replace under my insurance. I was referred to the company. And I was having naomi handle my claim. She was by far the meaning of going above and beyond and amazing. I was stressing because I just had the car for a couple months and was going back home for Christmas. I stressed how I wanted to take it home for Christmas. She did literally everything in her power to make that happen for me and it meant literally the world and made my Christmas/ holiday. She was absolutely amazing I would recommend her and this location to any and everyone I know in Georgia
